After a huge amount of experimentation and tweaking, we've absolutely nailed the VEGAN brownie! Using dark chocolate and other vegan certified ingredients these have turned out even better than we had ever hoped for! Still moist and chewy like our regular brownies but completely vegan!

Building on her triumph over the vegan brownie, Pam wanted to go one step further and laugh in the face of anyone who said you can't make a gorgeous VEGAN caramel as well! The caramel adds a sweet and salty edge to what is already the best vegan brownie you will have ever tasted!

When we found out that Lotus Biscoff was vegan we had to include this on the menu! Made with the same care and attention as our non-vegan brownies because... well... we care. Pretty simple reason really! Topped with Vegan caramel, Lotus Biscoff topping and Lotus Biscoff Crumb! MMMMMMMMmmmmmm!

Again, we were dumbfounded when we heard that Oreos are vegan! We went straight to Google (as everyone does) to check. Lo and behold, the prophecy was right. That day was a good day! After winning a Great Taste Star for our regular Chai & Pistachio brownies, we had people asking if we could create a Vegan version. While we weren't quite done with basking in our own glory, we got to work straight away. The result is truly EPIC! Topped with Vegan Cinnamon Caramel, chopped pistachios and dried rose petals.
